Graduates of this programme will have skills and knowledge and understanding of core business operations while determining and developing strategic objectives for business entities. They will contribute to the achievements of entities "Strategic Objectives".

Graduates of Leadership and Management strand will be able to plan leadership strategies, model the knowledge of change management, ethical and behavioural DSS that will support the successful performance of an entity and long-term sustainability.
