Build on your management and planning skills in relation to food and beverage, restaurant, accommodation, human resources and functions operations, and learn how to communicate well in formal meetings and through report writing. Our students get real-world experience in our modern restaurant facilities and will undertake supervision of other students with hands-on function management and delivery.
