The Bachelor of Hospitality Management (BHM) is designed for students wishing to acquire a managerial role in the fast-growing hospitality sector in New Zealand or overseas. The BHM includes courses that provide a strong foundation in the key functions of management, marketing and economics. Students will also acquire the skills to implement best practice across a broad range of hospitality operations. You also have the opportunity to gain first-hand industry practice at Stage 3 level.
